How to increase your self -esteem each passing day.

Your self-esteem is an important part of helping yourself live the life you want to live every day.  This is because when you have high self-esteem you will also have the confidence needed to manage life more effectively.  Would like to increase your  level of  healthy self-esteem and  increasing  day by day? 

You can begin the process by asking yourself the following questions:  What are your three greatest qualities? When do you feel the best about yourself and under what circumstances do you  feel the worst? The more you can more precisely identify the circumstances, situations, and actions that affect yourself esteem, the easier the process of increasing your self-esteem every day. 

You can prepare for each day by stating three things you love about yourself. It  will give you a boost of self-esteem  and self-confidence that will carry  through the day. When you encounter negative comments or remarks from others, restate the three things you love about yourself. This will help you keep your self-esteem  just as high at the end of the day as it was at the beginning or even increase it.

Why? When you state positive thoughts about yourself, you can overcome distractions brought on by negative distractions, and focus on how you see yourself. You have to choose to yourself as thoughtful, sensible, attractive, intelligent, and caring person. The opinions of others should  mean little to you , when they contradict the three core qualities about yourself that you know that you have already validated. Opinions are not facts! 

Strive to learn more about  myself each day.  The more you are  pleased with what the  discover, the more your self-esteem will grow and increase each passing day. The more you feel better about yourself and your place in the world, the more consistently successful you shall become in everything you do.
