The first way to improve your health is to watch what you eat. After you have done your 72-hour food audit, you need to write down the commonest unhealthy food you eat and cut it off. It won't be easy to do, but do it, because your health is first wealth.
When you cut down on daily fast food and eat more of fruits and vegetables, you health will improve. Fruits and vegetables contain micronutrients, vitamins and fibers. These will help you feel full and improve the regularity of bowel movement without overeating. This will help you reduce weight gain and reduce your chances of getting cardiovascular disease and hypertension.
When you eat smart, sleep well and exercise well, you will feel more energetic and good about yourself. You will also improve your chances of being consistently more successful in everything you do. How can you do this? Here are a few more things you can do to help you achieve more consistent success.
First you have to prioritize how you use your time. You have to remember that no matter how much you love your friends, you cannot go to 10 parties in one day. Go to the ones you can, then explain your situation and circumstances to others. Don't make the mistake of expecting everyone to understand or accept your explanation.
Sometimes your success strategy may be to even more drastically cut down on those activities that are distractions that do not fit into your pressing project or goal. Though this may seem harsh you have to remember that there are only so many minutes in a day. You can’t accomplish all the 30 amazing things you may want to do each week. Focus your energy on just a couple of things. Master them first, then begin another. The more you accomplish your goals, the more confident and happy you will feel.
Don't be discouraged by failure. While goal setting, eating healthy and regular exercise are important elements of optimal health and consistent success, you have to remember that everyone experiences failure from time to time. Even the most successful and most amazing people you know have failed many times. One of the keys to improving your health and feeling your best every day is learning to examine each failure so that you can learn from it and improve. This you will be prepared for the next opportunity with new knowledge and a better approach.
