  1. An old favorite of mine is dividing a big project into small manageable ones. Divide a massive project up into little pieces. This is  similar to the process of fixing a puzzle one piece at a time.  When you create the process of achieving your goals with intermediate deadlines and milestones where you can evaluate your progress. successful completion while become a manageable process.

  2. Take your first step. You can begin with the easiest job or the top priority. This will help you  create momentum, that will help you to keep going despite significant obstacles and  challenges. Don't the perfect become the enemy of the possible.

  3. Don't be afraid to ask for help. You  can accomplish more when you team up with others. You don't have to do everything by yourself. Asking for help or collaborating with others  is not a sign of weakness. When you share ideas and know-how with others you can get a lot more done. This approach will allow you to cover the areas where you shine, and find support for where you need to grow. It is a win-win situation.
  4. Stay away from distractions. Sometimes when we are struggling to finish a project that we have been struggling with , the reason has a lot to do with distractions rather than resources. If you have already divided your project into intermediate goals with the strategy and process for getting it done, don't allow distractions like watching TV, playing video games or hanging out with friends get in the way. Move away from the phone, snacks, and stay off the internet unless you need get your work done. Don't allow 5 minutes of relaxation become 50 minutes of wasted time.
  5. While it is important to have a warrior mind-set with the determination to overcome all odds and succeed, it is important to acknowledge your fears. It’s natural to feel apprehensive about any endeavor where you have a lot at stake or where you do not have a lot of experience. Facing your doubts will help you to deal with them. If you are a person of faith , there is nothing wrong with asking for spiritual re-enforcements when battling with a project that has stalled. At the same time, learn to give yourself credit for taking sensible risks instead of expecting perfection.
