Have a set time for waking up and going to bed. Set time for yourself and for your kids. Stick to it. The second way to improve family wellness is to make sure you have adequate daily sleep in the family. This means that you have to make sure that you sleep well and also make sure that all other family members sleep well. If your idea of optimal health is just to take care of yourself and your own health needs without involving your family members then it will not work. Why? If even one person in your family is not sleeping well, the demands he or she will place on the family members in danger too.
The third way to improve family wellness is to have regular family meetings. Regular meetings will gives everyone in the family an opportunity to bond by sharing their thoughts and feelings.
