You need to make strategic adjustments that would help you lose weight and keep it off. You need to take set strategic life goals that you know can help you feel more positive and fulfilled. even when you encounter set backs sure as not losing as much weight as you would like to, you still have to remain focused on the path to get there. Here are 3 key adjustments to help you meet your weight loss goals.
First, if you haven't doe so, do your 72 - hour food audit, please do it know. Get pen and paper and write down your pattern of eating, food triggers and emotional triggers in the past 72 hours. The key to making a good adjustment is making changes to your eating habits based on your food audit findings. You have to be prepared to do make changes. After doing my latest 72 -hour food audit, I discovered that I was not doing enough portion control with regards to carbohydrates and vegetables. What was the problem? The problem was that I needed to further reduce more my food portion and further increase the veggies and fruits I eat every day. The challenge with eating more fruits and vegetables is that it take might take a while for you to feel as full as you used to be before. The solution is to eat more veggies and fruits.
Second key is making good use of your time. Don't waste time. Review your relentless weight loss plan and keep to it. Don't forget the little things. Drink a glass of water before and after your meals. Forgive yourself when you make mistakes. Make productive use of your time, Instead of looking for whom to blame.
The third key is to make the choice to lose weight and keep it off. keep track of your progress and challenges . Weigh yourself at lest two times a week. Don't hesitate to ask questions. If you don't like a particular vegetable or fruit, change it. When you ask questions, you might discover how others, have dealt with uncertainty and limited success instead of getting discouraged. When the going gets tough, the tough gets going. This is part of the process of relentless self-mastery.
